RN - Wound, Ostomy & Continence Care (Outpatient Clinic)

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Care to join our outpatient clinic team. This role focuses on providing specialized assessment, treatment, follow-up, and patient education for individuals with complex wound and ostomy needs.

What You'll Do

• Provide Wound, Ostomy, and Continence care primarily in an outpatient clinic setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment, self-care, and prevention
• Coordinate follow-up care and support continuity across care settings
• Serve as a clinical resource and support nursing quality initiatives

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Day shift
• No weekends

Required qualifications:

• Current RN license in Georgia

• Degree in Nursing
• 3+ years of RN experience
• Strong patient education and clinical assessment skills

Preferred

• WOC certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Outpatient wound or ostomy care experience
