Job Description:

• Assists the Nurse Leader or designee with updates and maintenance of unit records, reports, and forms.
• Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling.
• Prepares monthly schedules for the assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases. Utilizes time effectively and accomplishes duties within the necessary timeframe with minimal supervision.
• Provides required documentation for personnel files in a timely manner. Communicates courteously with internal and external customers in person or on the telephone.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

• Master's of Nursing [Preferred]


Work Experience:

•1+ years nursing experience [Required]

• 1+ years leadership experience [Preferred]

• 1+ years surgical nursing experience [Preferred]
