Magnet designated Dayton Children’s Hospital has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to identify their new Director, Behavioral Health Nursing Services. The Director, Behavioral Health Nursing Services is a newly created role. The Director will report to the Senior Service Line Director for Behavioral Health and will be responsible for nursing operations on the Behavioral Health Units, including inpatient and outpatient services.  In addition, the Director will participate in assisting the Senior Service Line Director as Dayton Children’s Hospital develops a new 54-bed behavioral health facility.  This new facility, which is in the design stage, is in response to the increased need in the Dayton area for inpatient behavioral hea
