Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to Veterans in a team-based setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and create treatment plans
- Deliver care through in-person, virtual, and phone visits
- Collaborate with specialists, mental health, and community services
