Atlantic Health System is seeking a Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services for their Sports Medicine Department at 111 Madison Avenue, affiliated with Morristown Medical Center. The position is Full-Time, and the proper candidate will be receiving our amazing benefits package as well.
Responsibilities
Accomplish department objectives by supervising rehabilitation aide and Better Fitness team members, organizing and monitoring their work processes including time off requests, conducting new hire interviews and training, scheduling and competencies. Establish fitness initiatives and programs. Provide personal training and fitness services to team members, and post rehab and community members. Control expenses by monitoring inventory and ordering. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by reducing clutter and creating repair orders and following up to ensure timely action. Sales tracking for fitness services. Ensuring regulatory compliance of Joint Commission standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent. NPTI Personal Training Certification.
Minimum Experience:
10 years of fitness or personal training experience.
