The Community Care Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN)
The RN demonstrates leadership in delivering care through collaborative strategies with others (VA Handbook 5005, Part II, Appendix G6), proficiency in decision-making and using the nursing process for complex situations, as well as collaboration to solve problems.
