Licensed Vocational Nurse- 4NW Telemetry/Step Down Unit
The 4NW Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides high-quality, evidence-based care for Veteran patients who are admitted to the inpatient setting for an acute medical-surgical problem, diagnostic treatments that cannot be facilitated in the outpatient setting and who commonly require telemetry/cardiac monitoring. They recognize common signs and symptoms of dysrhythmias and gather and record data of the medical-surgical patient. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
