The Clinical Nurse Leader - Behavioral Health Nurse Educator functions as a clinical leader/Nurse Educator and a member of the interdisciplinary health care team promoting safe, quality care. The Clinical Nurse Leader - Nurse Educator possesses a strong core knowledge in nursing and is accountable for evaluation of unit quality data and utilizing evidence-based practice to lead and guide staff in quality improvement initiatives. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
