The PACT (Patient Aligned Care Team), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), has the knowledge and skills necessary for concentrated effort and self-direction in carrying out the most complex practical nursing care assignments considering the special needs of patients. The PACT LPN is an integral part of the PACT Team, working in clinic alongside the PACT Provider, and serving in a leadership role.
