This position oversees the care team at the North Platte CBOC. The RN assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient transition through the continuum of care, patient and family education, patient self-management after discharge, and supporting factors that impact customer satisfaction. They supervise staff in their clinics and this position requires situational and personnel management skills and the ability to readily adapt to changing situations.
