Better health care starts with you.The Mary Bridge ED is looking for RNs who have a passion for and/ or specialize in dealing with adolescent patients who present to the emergency in a behavioral health crisis. This position will directly manage behavioral health patients by collaborating with social workers, physicians and other disciplines deemed appropriate. This role will be expected to help develop plans of care and assist with ADLs, administer appropriate medications to help manage behaviors, help de-escalate patients in crisis and participate in huddles to help with discharge dispositions for these patients.
