SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Nurse Director/charge nurse provides competent and organized admission to and discharge from the Acute Rehab Unit. Provide patients and families are competent holistic care based on nursing process. This role will be four nine-hour shifts per week. EXPERIENCE: One year medical/surgical nursing, rehabilitation nursing experience preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience with interdisciplinary team and with IRF-PAI and UDS documentation preferred, communication skills, critical thinking, time management, and organization skills preferred.
