Overview

St. Luke's Health System is seeking an Advanced Practitioner to join their highly collegial multidisciplinary Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation team in Boise, Idaho. The selected individual will be working to provide coverage in a flex capacity. Our team's goal is to stabilize, slow, or even reverse the progression of cardiovascular disease. Providing education and counseling support to help our patients adjust their lifestyle behaviors, and help them develop sustainable, healthy habits in exercise, nutrition, and weight management. ACLS experience is needed.

What You Can Expect:

• 1- 10hr shift per pay period
• Working with a diverse multidisciplinary team: RNs, OT, PT, Respiratory Therapy, Exercise Physiologists, NP/PA, Dieticians, LCSWs.
