Clinical Data Abstractor
The Clinical Data Abstractor is responsible for the activities of data abstraction, quality improvement, and outcomes reporting for the department, which are required for regulatory and NYS registries. The Clinical Data Abstractor will review the quality metrics and support the multidisciplinary clinical teams to review processes and make improvements as identified and needed. The data abstracted will be collected and submitted accurately and timely according to required registry and NYS deadlines. The goal is to promote positive patient outcomes through integration of performance improvement activities and measurement tools. Responsibilities:
