Job SummaryThe LPN Nurse Navigator position assists providers during forensic medical exams conducted at the Child Advocacy Center while assessing and caring for alleged victims of child maltreatment, including physical and sexual abuse. The LPN Nurse Navigator will obtain and prepare lab specimens and convey exam results to multidisciplinary team partners.  This position also assists medical providers in the Division of Child Protection and Advocacy by monitoring for inpatient consult requests, coordinating care at the CAC after discharge, and monitoring results received with notification to the ordering provider.  Work is performed in a multi-disciplinary manner working closely with Child Advocacy Center and Division of Child Protection and Advocacy staff, as well as i
