Summary of Job Purpose Working in collaboration with the Administrative Director of Mental Health, the Nurse Manager is responsible for the following: 1) Developing and maintaining the department's strategic plan and fiscal/resource management; 2) Facilitating quality patient care by continuing to update clinical knowledge base; 3) Participating in attainment and development of qualified staff; 4) Coordinating ongoing quality assessment.
