SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Nurse Director coordinate care provided by the staff for patients and families. EXPERIENCE: Three years rehabilitation nursing preferred or 3 years med-surg experience. SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience working with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
