The role you’ll contribute:
The Clinical Education Coordinator is an RN responsible for planning, teaching and evaluating competency and education programs for clinical staff in support of division directives. This position will be responsible for new employee competency orientation including developing, implementing and evaluating the program. This position will partner with the practices to promote and deliver programs that will support increased skill, knowledge and professional development. Provides expertise in the development of educational offerings. Acts as liaison with local clinical programs and provides input as part of the team for positive student experiences. Works alongside the practice leadership and providers to ensure competency validation of the staff.

·Analyzes assessment data to determine the target audience and the learner needs.
·Develops content of educational materials for best-practice or evidence-based practice including but not limited to course outline and curriculum
·Identifies the general purpose and educational objectives for each learning activity as evidenced by clearly defined objectives and purpose for the learning activity
·Evaluates effectiveness of activity and makes appropriate changes to ensure objectives are achieved
·Facilitates new employee and annual education needs assessment and competency program
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
·Associate's of Nursing
·3 Years of clinical experience
·Teaching experience in formal/informal settings
·RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure FL
·BCLS - Basic Life Support
Preferred qualifications:
·Bachelor's of Nursing
·Master's of Nursing
·Experience as a nurse educator
·BCLS - Basic Life Support Instructor
