Job SummaryJob DutiesThe RN in Home Infusion provides infusion nursing services to patients as prescribed by their physician. Assess, plan and teach patients from a broad age range and diverse backgrounds about the infusion, the therapy and the equipment required to provide infusion services.Per diem, as needed. Typical hours are 8am to 4:30p or 8:30am to 5pm. No weekends or holidays at the present time.This position is community based and requires travel to patients' homes in Centre and Mifflin Counties.At least three (3) years of RN work experience is required.IV, Infusion, and Home Health experience is helpful.Job SummaryWorks with a variety of referral sources.O
