Overview This is a grant-funded, term-limited position through December 2026. The Community Outreach Population Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) will provide primary health care and behavioral health services as a member of a healthcare team comprised of Behavioral Health and Community Outreach RNs, Peers, Community Health Workers, and drivers. The Nurse Practitioner in this role will function within the appropriate scope and credentials as approved by Beebe Healthcare.
