DescriptionThe Stroke Coordinator provides oversight and coordination of all aspects of the Comprehensive Stroke Center in collaboration with the Medical Director of the Stroke Center. Responsibilities include the planning, organizing, and evaluation of patient care within the program as well as compliance with regulatory bodies, and national guidance for stroke management. This position supports the Stroke Team and coordinates multidisciplinary services, including neurology, emergency services, diagnostic neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology, rehabilitation medicine, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy, prehospital care, and critical care.
