Registered Nurse - Patient Flow Coordinator
The Nurse Registered Nurse (RN) Patient Flow Coordinator executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to the movement of patients throughout the facility. The nurse is an active member of an interdisciplinary team whose primary focus is on care transitions to and from points of admission such as the Emergency Department, facility clinics and, intra-facility transfers to an inpatient setting. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English.
