Location: Must be flexible to float as needed to the following AdventHealth locations: Winter Park, Celebration, Altamonte and Orlando
Position Highlights:
RNs in the Womens Float Pool will float to various OB units as needed at any of these locations: Winter Park, Celebration, Altamonte and Orlando
Labor and Delivery, L&D experience highly preferred
Potential Units may include: Mother Infant Unit (MIU/Mother Baby), Perinatal High Risk Unit (PHRU) and Labor and Deliver (L&D)

The role you’ll contribute:
The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current valid State of Florida or multistate license as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of one (1) year Obstetric, Labor and Delivery, Antepartum experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) Certification
EKG competency testing
Preferred qualifications:
Professional Certification
Electronic Fetal Monitoring
