Summary

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a (0.8 FTE) Adult Psychologist to join our Everett Medical Center team in Everett, Washington.

Psychologists at KPWA serve vital and important roles on their teams. Their primary clinical tasks are the assessment, feedback, and development of treatment recommendations for patients. Referrals come from other metal health professionals, primary care and specialty services, and self-referrals. Psychologists are expected to be versed in a wide variety of assessment tools since we assess the entire spectrum of mental health conditions from dementia, concussions, personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, ASD, ADHD, and pre-surgical evaluations. They are a resource for their teams (both MHW and broader medical teams) to help give diagnostic clarity and offer suggestions for treatment interventions for formal evaluations as well as be available for less formal curbside consultations when the teammates need expert advice. Giving feedback is a critical piece of the work as well, helping patients understand their diagnoses and how to connect with the services we have.

The entire salary range for this position is $111,695.00 to $131,406.00 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $111,695 to $124,836 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
