The LPN is administratively responsible and accountable to the Nurse Manager (NM) or designee in the Primary Care Clinic, within the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. The LPN is accountable for delivering patient care to the adult/geriatric patient population with a varying diagnosis and treatments.
