The Nurse Manager (NM) has 24 hours, 7 days a week accountability for the provision and evaluation of patient care in the Inpatient Behavioral Health (4S) and Residential Rehab Treatment Program (29-1), as well as for the management and supervision of staff as assigned. The NM demonstrates management practices that include effective labor and performance management, leadership skills, and clinical skills of an RN. The NM provides organizational performance improvement oversight. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
