Captain James A Lovell Federal Healthcare Center (FHCC) Outpatient MHC Clinical Psychologists are doctors trained primarily in performing psychological evaluations to assess for character and/or psychopathology as well as providing psychotherapy for the treatment of mental health problems that may compromise the military mission readiness or Veteran's community re-integration.
