This position will serve as a first-line nurse leader and supervisor for the Medical Specialty Service at the Fredericksburg HCC.The Richmond's Fredericksburg Healthcare Center (HCC) will be opened in March of 2025.Those hired for position will be required to work at the VA Medical Center or one of the other CBOCs (management determination based on need) until the Fredericksburg HCC opens. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7403(f), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken English. Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the appli
