You will be connected by an excellent IT system, EMR (Epic), and have access to a board-certified Occupational Medicine specialist, and a team of Physiatry and Sport Medicine physicians who can provide interventional treatment, centrally based out of the Providence SW Multispecialty Clinic in Centralia, WA. This is a more autonomous position, and we seek an experienced dedicated nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our esteemed team.
