The Program Director/Specialty Director is an organizational champion, strategic leader, and tactical contributor to the School of Nursing (SON). Provides internal and external leadership for the Program or Specialty that advances the NHWSN mission, vision, and values. Working closely with the Associate Dean for Education develops goals and metrics and collaborates with internal and external strategic partners integral to achieving outcomes.
