Job DescriptionProgram description:PACT is the Program for Assertive Community Treatment. We provide mobile mental health services to adults living with severe, persistent and chronic mental illness in Baltimore City. Clients are seen in their homes, in the community and in the office. PACT has a fleet of vehicles and all staff are required to have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving around Baltimore City and doing home visits. We are an inter-disciplinary team with nurses, social workers, vocational specialists, peer specialists, co-occurring disorder specialists and more. We work very closely together to help our clients live happy lives and to stay free of psychiatric hospitalization.
