The Registered Nurse - Outpatient Mental Health works with Mental Health Services to develop and implement comprehensive patient care for the adult/geriatric patient population assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating activities and programs. This position services the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI as well as the Janesville, WI and Rockford, IL CBOCs.
