OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in Meridian is seeking a Full-Time RN to join our Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation / Lifestyle Medicine Clinic team. The RN will work directly with an interdisciplinary team. They will perform assessments, oversee group exercise sessions, provide patient education, develop and update individual care plans, and coach patients making behavior changes to improve their health. 9 hour shifts, 4 days per week, Monday - Friday.
