The Nurse Manager (NM) for Community Living Center (CLC) is a self-directed nurse leader who is accountable to the Assistant Chief Nurse for Extended Care. The NM is vital to the execution of programs that directly affect resident care, nursing practice, and satisfaction. The NM ensures administrative support and guidance while providing oversight for the delivery of resident centered nursing care and management of nursing personnel and clinical resources. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
