OverviewSt. Luke's Health System in McCall, ID is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hospice team. The Team Support RN performs PRN visits, admission/informational visits, imminent visits and some scheduled visits. Become a part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team comprised of Case Manager RNs, Rehab Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Dietitians and aides in the collaborative effort to provide exceptional patient-centered care.
