The HSD oversees the clients’ clinical record, making sure all paperwork that is pertinent to Health Services including: Consents upon admission and annually or as needed Immunizations Evaluations Physician Order Sheets Medical Administration Record System (MARS) TB testing Orders given Clinical nursing notes/documentation are thorough and reflect interventions related to clients care plan goals Ensure client care plans are complete, reviewed at least quarterly and all annual nursing assessments are completed in a timely manner Assessments completed as needed such as: Fall, Post-Fall and Pain Scale            The HSD attends monthly Safety Committee meetings and Quarterly
