The Central Virginia Healthcare System is recruiting five Registered Nurse with Transition to Practice positions. This Program is specifically designed to help new graduate RNs go from the classroom to practice. This 12-month developmental training program includes both didactic and clinical components designed to provide new graduates with the opportunity to take on the role, duties, patient care activities, and procedures performed by RNs. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
