The Dermatology RN is a member of Specialty Medicine Service whose role is to provide safe, prompt, and skillful nursing care for patients with health complaints and diseases related to the integumentary system. He/she Functions within a nursing process framework for problem-solving and care facilitation: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation as well as performs data collection and analysis for the purpose of improving care to patient groups.
