The Primary Care Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) Educator is primarily responsible for the orientation of new employees, evaluation of their progress in the orientation process and for developing, implementing and evaluating the learning plan for improving identified deficiencies. In addition, the incumbent will facilitate specific PACT Education trainings. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
