The nurse in this-role functions as a Registered Nurse (RN) delivering care in the Cheyenne Ambulatory Care Outpatient Clinic. The incumbent adheres to nursing processes and evidence based practices to collaborate with the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) staff, (Providers, Licensed Practical Nurse, Pharmacist and Medical Support Assistants) in providing focused specialty care and coordination.
