Tuscaloosa VAMC is hiring for QM Quality Standards RN Consultant/UM The QM Nurse Consultant/ Utilization Management is accountable to the Quality Manager for utilizing critical thinking skills and sound clinical judgment to ensure positive patient outcomes and safety; for demonstrating ethical practice; for participating in performance improvement and continuous readiness activities; possessing and exemplifying the Eight Core Competences if the High Performance Development Model.
