Clinical Child Psychologist Carilion Clinic VTCSOM Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine, Roanoke Virginia Full-time, Mon-Fri with flexibility in scheduling 75% of time devoted to direct patient care activities. 25% of time devoted to supervision of psychotherapy provided by Child Psychiatry Fellows, education and teaching within the Psychiatry department.  Desired expertise includes: Trained with experience in in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) trained/certified. Expertise in evidence-based therapy and behavioral approaches for improving psychiatric outcomes among c
