JOB SUMMARYThe Manager Trauma Programs 1, in collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director, is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the trauma program (coordinating all trauma-related services, clinical, education (in-house and public), performance improvement, research, injury prevention, trauma registry) to ensure compliance with American College of Surgeons (ACS) and/or Department of Health Services for the State of Texas designation requirements.This role is for Level 3 and 4 designated trauma centers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLEClinical: Directs the delivery of comprehensive trauma care through the coordination and provision of expert direct or indirect patient care, from admission until discharge, in c
