The Director of Behavioral Health plans, directs, manages and oversees the clinical activities and operations of Behavioral Health Services. The Director would also assist the Administrator of Behavioral Health and The Administrator of Outpatient Treatment services. The focus is to meet clinical benchmarks for quality care and productivity, ensuring that excellent care is being provided in accordance with regulatory standards. Develop departmental goals and objectives which improve patient outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.
