Serves as the Nurse Methods Analyst and subject matter expert for Nursing Service. Is primarily concerned with professional and administrative nursing methods, facilities planning, and nursing manpower management. Assists in the identification and implementation of improvements to processes by analyzing current processes and utilizing established improvement methodologies to maximize the efficiency of equipment and personnel and to support nursing improvement initiatives. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
