The incumbent is the supervisor and coordinator of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Programs. The Homeless programs include: Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV), Housing & Urban Development/Veterans Administration Supported Housing (HUD/VASH), Veterans Justice Outreach/Health Care for Re Entry Veterans (VJO)/(HCRV), Domiciliary Care for Homeless Veterans (DCHV), Grant & Per Diem (GPD), Community Employment Coordinator (CEC), and the Coordinated Entry Specialist (CES). BASIC REQUIREMENTS a. Citizenship. Be a citizen of the United States. b. Education (1) Have a doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian Psychol
