The HRO Coordinator is a member of Quality Management reporting directly to the Chief. The HRO Coordinator is responsible for fostering the development of an HRO at the unit/service/medical center level, ensuring the three pillars of HRO - Leadership, Patient Safety and Continuous Process Improvement - are intact and working together seamlessly. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
