The RN Staff Development Educator- Behavioral Health position works in collaboration with assigned leadership personnel to design an all psychiatric care staff development program that facilitates performance competence and the attainment of standards of care consistent with Logan Health's (LH) mission. Emphasis is on, but not limited to; courses, tools, and resources which address priority learning needs in relation to Logan Health strategies, goals, policies/procedures, and regulatory expectations.  Responsible for coordinating the orientation, ongoing required education of RN’s and Mental Health Specialists (MHS’s).   *Relocation Assistance Available. Relocate to Montana for this position and receive up to $12,500. This job is eligible for the
