The Registered Nurse (RN) - Referral Coordination Unit (RCU) (Surgical) and the Registered Nurse - Referral Coordination Unit (Hematology Oncology) will assure that all patient care needs are met in a safe, efficient and timely manner that meets acceptable standards of care and expectations within the Referral Coordination Unit model of care. The RN will executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of complex client care.
