The incumbent oversees the daily operation of the Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (RRTP), insures that agency policies and priorities are being followed, develops performance standards, and evaluates work performance of staff. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
